Jurisprudence rules deduced from the Prophet’s documents The Najran Treaty as a model

Abstract

The importance of the study stems from the importance of the treaty, which planned for a set of jurisprudential rules that establish citizenship and a sense of responsibility towards the other and society in general.  And on various sects, and each of them has the right to citizenship and to live in peace according to the will of the Creator of man, which imposed respect for human rights in general in order to achieve the lofty principle of cooperation and coexistence among members of the same sex.

This is an indication and confirmation of the greatness that Islam holds in its legislation and fairness in its dealings and its view of non-Muslims.  Intellectual pluralism, civilizational diversity, creedal and cultural difference, stemming from a common element, the lofty human commonality that binds all humanity.
