Abstract

One of the important things that they worked on in studying the issue of birth control and its regulation is clarifying the concepts of limiting and regulating birth, whether at the individual or social level, and clarifying the legal position for each level, as well as identifying the most important methods used in the past and present in contraception that ends up with Determination or organization, and an indication of the legal position of each method, and the validity of its use between spouses, through our presentation of the verses and narrations from the Prophet and the imams - peace be upon them - in addition to presenting the sayings of the jurists in the matter and stating their position on it.
