Abstract

Human trafficking is an international crime that falls within the transnational organized crimes. The international community believed that it eliminated slavery and slavery for a long time, but it came back under a new or updated label.

which is human trafficking, which led to economic, social and psychological effects, so the international community sought to eliminate or prevent it And its suppression and punishment by concluding agreements, whether international or regional, which sought to limit them and punish the perpetrators and prosecute them internationally. This crime has its material, moral and legal elements and differs from legal migration as it differs from asylum and trafficking, which means exploitation, forced labor, selling human organs, practicing prostitution and prostitution, or what has become known as sex tourism. In order to increase the frequency of this crime, countries sought to conclude agreements to reduce it.
