Abstract

    The research attempted to explore the antithetical duality related to the two poles (center/margin), in the fictional structure employed in the book Fruit of the Caliphs, and to monitor its dynamics according to a cultural reading that questions the constants on which the systems were built.

     The analysis of the narrative texts, and looking at their historical circumstances and temporal context, showed that the creator worked in many places that witness a conflict between the two sides of the duality to reconsider what the center considers to be constant and a stable right that does not accept change, and for this reason we can describe what the writer came up with as a new presentation, and it is worthy of being referred to as leaving the recipient to appreciate what the state of the duality should be from a political, social and personal point of view, and it is not denied that some texts appear that indicate the writer's bias towards some cultural systems
