شهادة المتسول وأحكامها في الفقه الإسلامي- دراسة مقارنة-

Abstract

The study dealt with the issue of the beggar’s testimony and the meaning of the words used in it, discussing the statements in their linguistic meanings and comparing them with their technical meanings. The study also opened the jurists’ records and read their deductions and their position on them. It revolved around three statements that shared some of them in their various sects based on Quranic and narrative evidence, acceptance and rejection. Then the study attempted to balance the statements with the aim of giving preference between them in a way that is consistent with the spirit of Islamic law.
