Abstract

Prayer is a basic pillar in the pillars of the true Islamic religion. The Noble Qur’an has stated this in several places, and commanded its establishment and not to be negligent about it, or to underestimate its content under any circumstances. The Almighty said: ((0000 Establish prayer 000)) 0
And the Almighty said: ((000) Prayers were prescribed for the believers at fixed times)) 0
However, the Holy Qur’an commanded prayer briefly, and it was the role of the Prophet’s Sunnah to explain its greatness and importance until it became a barrier between a man and polytheism and disbelief. And disbelief is leaving prayer).
Just as the Sunnah has taken care of explaining its details, introductions, times, mustahabb and pillars, and what is obligatory and what is supererogatory.
However, a Qur’anic reference was mentioned in the statement of specifying the voice of the worshiper during prayer, as it forbade the one who is praying aloud in it and also forbade the one who is silent in it.
So how does the worshiper do when he is commanded not to recite aloud and not to be silent? 0 And when is the prayer out loud, and when is it hidden? 0 And is that with obligatory or recommended prayers? 0 Does the voice of the person praying differ between a Muslim man and a Muslim woman? 0
This and others are what this study attempts to answer, especially since we have detected a disagreement among Muslim scholars in this regard, and that will be based on the blessed verse ((000 Do not speak loudly in your prayers and do not be afraid of them000)) by examining the opinions of the interpreters and jurists in this regard, and perhaps one of the It is useful to stand first on the clarification of the meaning of aloud and invisibility and what is semantically similar to them in the leading Arabic dictionaries, then to go through the clarification of the meaning of the ruling verse and to benefit from the reason for its revelation in approximating that meaning, then to stand on the opinions of Muslim scholars in determining the meaning of aloud and invisibility and the narrations contained in this regard.
We ask God Almighty for acceptance, and praise be to Him first and last, and our last prayer is that praise be to God, Lord of the worlds.
