Abstract

      The centrality of the Qur’anic vision, its authority, and its ruler over the rest of the texts of Sayyid Fadlallah was the most prominent title in his discretionary system. This was one of the advantages that led him to record his reservations on a number of famous jurisprudence

        His jurisprudential research was based on the belief in the civilized role of women, and the active presence in the areas of life, with an emphasis on the origin of human equality between men and women and not neglecting the differences between them in some psychological and biological aspects. His view is based on equivalence for the purpose of integrating roles, not the same.
