Abstract
Our study dealt with the issue of termination of the service of the employee for his professional insufficiency, and this study aims to explain the concept of the public employee and the statement of the concept of professional insufficiency and its images, then one of the reasons that lead to the termination of the service of the public employee, and then clarify the rights and duties of the public employee, and we also dealt with the issue of judicial control over the decision Termination of the service of the public employee during the probationary period and after installation.
