The effectiveness of decentralization control over private educational education (A comparative study )

Abstract

As a result of the development in the role of the state and the expansion of public needs, which prompted it to involve the private sector in providing part of these needs, especially with regard to providing educational services, by establishing private educational institutions under its supervision and supervision, since many countries have adopted administrative decentralization, including Iraq And Egypt and Jordan, and the distribution of competencies between the federal authorities and the local authorities, as we find that the federal executive authorities exercise their role in managing and controlling public facilities on the basis of administrative centralization, while we find that the provinces exercise their functions in managing public facilities and controlling them on the basis of administrative decentralization.           

Based on the above and as a result of the scarcity of researchers in this aspect, this topic was chosen to highlight the supervision of decentralized bodies over private educational institutions and the methods used in monitoring these institutions. Accordingly, this research will be dealt with in a plan consisting of two topics, the first we will deal with the decentralized bodies concerned with monitoring private educational education, and the second we will devote it to explaining the monitoring methods of the decentralized bodies, and we will end our research with a conclusion that includes the most important results and proposals that we hope will be taken into consideration in order to obtain effective administrative control over education National Education.
