Revealing the purpose of the legislator when placing the text is very difficult because it requires clarifying the intent of the legislator when drafting the text, because law is a specialized scientific field and constitutes an integrated system of concepts and terms interconnected with each other, and these depend on the two ideas of justice and justice. Proceeding from this idea, all legal systems were required to reduce the strictness of the law, through calls for its interpretation in order to achieve the goals, objectives, interests and values for which the text was legislated. The goal of justice is the main goal that the law seeks to achieve, and at the same time represents the goal of the legislator.
