Abstract

International charters and declarations supported the role of working women in all countries of the world without any exceptions and sought to create equality between both sexes in all rights and duties with emphasis on improving the economic level of the working class, as well as showing the impact of these laws on Iraqi constitutions and the extent of their application to the reality of Iraqi society. Especially with regard to the issue of working women in Iraq with the beginnings of the establishment of the Iraqi state in 1921 AD, who practiced work for a long period of time, but her work was not subject to laws and regulations that guarantee her rights.
