The study dealt with the importance of the place and its connotations and poeticity in the poems of the poet Talib Abdul Aziz, as we find it a prominent feature in his poetry, especially in his collection "Al-Khasibi," the name derived from the village of Abi Al-Khasib, the poet's birthplace. This was demonstrated through the study of some poetic models, and the focus was on the poetry of the title, describing the poetic space on which the poet relied. The study also focused on the familiar places in which the poet finds comfort and reassurance, such as the rural house, villages, and huts. The lonely place, which is described as distress, repulsion, and lack of reassurance. The study also dealt with both the open place and the closed place in terms of significance, their impact, and their connection to the poet's life. It was also exposed to the poet's furnishing of the place with assets from his southern environment and outside it.
